These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aglet, a browser-based tool that helps you export your Nike Run Club activity data ("the Service"), operated by Awerture d/b/a Aglet ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Aglet is an unofficial, independent browser tool. It accesses your personal Nike Run Club activity data on your behalf and packages it as GPX files for download. Your data is processed entirely within your own browser. No data is transmitted to our servers.
Aglet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Nike, Inc. or Nike Run Club. All Nike trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Nike, Inc. Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.
Aglet operates on a simple principle: your activity data belongs to you. The Service does not access any data that you have not already been granted access to as the account holder. All data accessed through the Service is your own personal data, retrieved using your own authenticated session on Nike's platform.
We do not scrape, resell, or otherwise exploit Nike's data or platform. We charge for the tool that helps you exercise your right to access and move your own data — not for the data itself.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have a legal right to receive your personal data in a portable format under Article 20 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are located in California, similar rights apply under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Aglet is designed to help you exercise these rights in practice.
Access to the data export feature requires a one-time payment of $2.99 USD, processed securely via Stripe. This is a single, non-recurring charge. We do not store your payment details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe and is subject to their terms of service.
Each successful payment generates a unique Stripe transaction ID, which serves as the sole verifiable proof of purchase. This transaction ID is issued by Stripe and visible in your Stripe payment confirmation email. We do not accept screenshots, photos, or other self-produced documentation as proof of payment under any circumstances.
Due to the nature of the Service — your data is processed locally in your browser and the export is delivered immediately upon confirmed payment — we do not offer refunds as a general policy.
If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevented your download despite a confirmed payment, you may contact us at hello@awerture.com with your Stripe transaction ID. We will verify the payment directly with Stripe and, if confirmed, assist you in completing your download. Support requests without a valid Stripe transaction ID cannot be processed.
We reserve the right to decline refund or support requests that cannot be verified against our Stripe payment records, including any requests accompanied solely by screenshots or other unverifiable documentation.
By using the Service, you confirm that:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any given time. Nike may change their platform at any time in ways that affect the functioning of this tool, and we cannot guarantee continued compatibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awerture d/b/a Aglet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
